No Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once products have been delivered.

Replacement Eligibility

We only offer replacements under the following circumstances:

Damaged Product

If the product arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Leaking
  • Broken
  • Tampered with during transit

Damaged Packaging

If the outer packaging is severely damaged and has affected the product inside.

Replacement Request Process

To request a replacement:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item
  • Images of the shipping package

Replacement Approval

After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Situations Not Eligible for Replacement

Replacement requests will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product ordered by customer
  • Minor packaging dents that do not affect product quality
  • Delayed delivery caused by courier services
  • Product usage dissatisfaction after opening

Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided. If a replacement product is unavailable, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion.
